Where do you park?

The market car park entry is Irving Street, opposite the station. The operator lists about 800 spaces and a 7am-9pm deck window Monday to Saturday. Saturday is the crush.

Footscray Plaza parking is a different building. Enter that one from Albert Street if you want Coles, Kmart or a Sunday shop. Little Saigon has a third deck off Utility Lane, Byron Street.

What should you buy?

Produce, meat and seafood are the reason to come. Asian herbs, offal, cassava, lotus and cheap fruit sit next to a food court that is a destination on its own.
