You should order a food-as-cocktail if you came for Donato's weekly dare, then a classic if you wanted gin without pork fat.
The Banh Mi Martini if it is still on: roast pork, pate, butter, carrot, cucumber, coriander, gin, vodka, vermouth. Renton printed version 15.
