Broadsheet kept naming mushroom with enough truffle oil to drip, pork and fennel with sweet roast pepper, and New York cheese with mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and taleggio. Ask what is in the cabinet. The board moves. A whole 18-inch pie is how you feed a table. A rocket and balsamic salad exists if someone in the group needed to perform balance. Anchovies and chilli oil are the adult extras. If the special is brisket, that is the pair leaking through. Order it if it is on. Do not demand it if the oven went back to pizza.
Eat it on the mall or walk it while it still folds. A stacked takeaway for an hour is how a New York slice becomes a homework assignment. Come closer to 4:30pm if you wanted a choice. At night the mall is a short, lit run if you walk straight. Do not detour through the quiet end of Nicholson after closing. This kitchen dies at 8:30 on the shop clock. Monday the neon is off. That is the whole week's argument.
