What people get wrong
90-96 Maribyrnong Street, 3011. RTO 41120. House site failed on fetch. Confirm the qualification on training.gov.au before you pay. This is not VU and not AMES. We last walked this on 2026-09-25. Hours move with the week. Checking the shopfront keeps the night easy.
What does Gaps Education do?
Gaps Education is a privately operated registered training organisation delivering business training from a river-edge office block at 90-96 Maribyrnong Street.
The National Training Register names Gaps Education Pty Ltd, ABN 87 600 937 531, CEO Casey Eldib, admin@gapseducation.edu.au. Public line 1300 701 676. Scope on the day we fetched: BSB30120 Certificate III in Business, deliver and assess, through 19 April 2029, plus six BSB skill sets (infection control, customer service, administrative assistant, medical administration, contact centre, workplace cyber security foundations). That list is approval, not proof a class runs tonight.
This is not VU Park at 70-104 Ballarat Road. This is not VU Nicholson, Navitas D319 or WMEP D411. This is not AMES on Albert Street. This is not Footscray Community Arts next door. This is not Eden Academy childcare in 3012. A coworking listing still sells 90 Maribyrnong as office suites. That is the building type. It is not your enrolment.
Who should come here?
Come here if a job-services letter or a search named Gaps Education and you need to confirm a business qualification or skill set at this RTO.
Confirm BSB30120, or whichever skill set they named, on training.gov.au before you pay. Scope can exist while a course is not running. Fees, funding and start dates still live with the RTO. We do not invent a Skills First pitch from a dark homepage.
If you wanted VU EAL, that is D411 on Nicholson. If you wanted SEE, Navitas D319. If you wanted a government primary, Find My School. If you wanted long-day care, Eden Academy. Do not mash Gaps with GAPS as a metaphor. This is a company name.
Hours, fees and how to book
Weekdays. Call 1300 701 676 to confirm a course is running. Last checked 2026-09-25.
The register does not print Monday to Friday bells. The house site failed to load on fetch. We refuse to invent 9:00. Book the intake. Public holidays and term-shaped breaks can empty a private RTO floor inside a mixed office block.
Payment, USI and a written offer still live with Gaps. A current registration to 2029 is not a promise that BSB30120 starts next week. Walk-in without a booking is how you find a locked suite in a building that also rents desks.
Which door and how to park
Walk from Footscray station toward Maribyrnong Street and the river precinct, to 90-96. The walk is longer than Little Saigon. Ask reception for Gaps Education, not for a coworking tour.
After dark this is a quieter street than Hopkins. Leave back toward Barkly or the station lights rather than inventing a river shortcut. Hop Nation and Footscray Community Arts share the edge. They will not take your enrolment form.
A first morning that follows the Park shuttle is a wasted assessment. Stay on the river edge. Read 90-96.
If you need a different door
If you wanted VU, turn to Ballarat Road or Nicholson and Buckley. If you wanted AMES, Albert Street. If you wanted Eden Academy, 282-288 Geelong Road in 3012. If you wanted Footscray Community Arts, 45 Moreland. If you wanted the hospital, Geelong Road.
